Job Title: Jewellery Style Advisor
Location: Panampillynagar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Style Advisor to join our prestigious jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a flair for fashion, a keen eye for style, and the ability to guide customers in selecting jewellery that complements their personality and occasion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their styling needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on jewellery designs, trends, stones, and metals.
- Assist customers in choosing pieces that best match their outfits or occasion.
- Maintain product knowledge of all collections and new arrivals.
- Ensure the showroom displays are neat, attractive, and updated.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Support billing and sales processes when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of fashion, style, and customer engagement.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with good presentation skills.
