About the Role:

We are looking for Network Engineers with expertise in IT and telecom support to join our dynamic team at Patio Digital Private Limited. This is an immediate opening for 2 positions. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of our hardware, cloud services, server infrastructure, PRI, Internet Leased Line, and other network-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Infrastructure Management: Troubleshoot and maintain network components, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Support Services: Provide 2nd-level support for hardware, cloud solutions, servers, PRI, Internet Leased Line, and software.
  • System Maintenance & Monitoring: Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of network infrastructure.
  • Customer Service: Respond to IT-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and improve network performance.
  • Documenting: Maintain detailed records of network configuration and troubleshooting steps.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Graduate or equivalent.
  • Certification Requirement:
  • Mandatory: Valid Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security certification.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT and telecom support role, handling network hardware, cloud services, servers, PRI, Internet Leased Lines, software, and application support.
  • Experience in a call center environment or IT support setup will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with server management, cloud services, and application support.
  • Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
