Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Varanasi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to offer company products or services, conducting outbound sales calls, and managing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining detailed records of communications, and meeting sales targets by effectively presenting tailored solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, including the ability to engage potential customers and close deals
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills with a focus on relationship building
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in providing Training and educating clients on products and services is an advantage
• Ability to work in a structured and target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role is highly desirable
