Professor - Job Description

Job Summary

Taxila Business School, an AICTE-approved institution in Jaipur, is seeking experienced and passionate professors to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated educator who can inspire students, contribute to our academic environment, and bring both strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills to the classroom.

We are hiring for faculty positions in the following specializations:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures and course materials for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Mentor students and provide academic guidance on their projects and career paths.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and academic program innovation.
  • Engage in research and publications to enhance the school's academic reputation.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other school activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A Ph.D. in the relevant field is preferred.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of significant industry experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven expertise and high-level knowledge of the subject area.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
