Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Multiple Work Associate. This role involves entering, updating, and managing data accurately, while also performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of daily business activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent multitasking skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to different types of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with office operations, including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Perform internet research and compile data as required.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support multiple departments by providing assistance on various tasks/projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
