Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Head of Sales, who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, preferred technical understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to prepare and present customized proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers in line with client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering team to finalize solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets and company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent HVAC Studio LLP at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), or MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Understanding of HVAC systems, energy-efficient technologies, or related products is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical proposals and work closely with clients on solution-based selling.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Candidate residing in Thane, Kalva, Kalyan-Dombivli, or Navi Mumbai preferred.
