Hands-on experience with UI Builder and Now Experience framework for building custom workspaces and pages.

Familiarity with data integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model (tables, relationships, CMDB concepts).

Knowledge of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
