Position Overview

We are looking for a high-potential Software Engineer with 0–1 years of experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about product development, eager to learn quickly, and ready to grow with the company. You will work closely with senior engineers and product teams to contribute to core components of our optimization solutions.

This role is well-suited for someone who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term growth in a modern engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Development

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable features for our optimization products.
  • Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code using Python, React, and AWS services.

Product Collaboration

  • Work with Product Managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.

Learning & Growth

  • Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and architectural approaches relevant to our tech stack.
  • Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Code Quality

  • Contribute to code reviews and follow best practices for testing, version control, and deployment.

System Support

  • Support senior engineers in debugging issues, improving performance, and enhancing system reliability.

Teamwork

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams in a structured and supportive environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge through projects).

Technical Foundation

  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals.
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with Python, React, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with APIs, basic databases, and deployment workflows is preferred.
