Position: Administrative Support - Purchasing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or similar.
  • Experience of 2 to up years in manufacturing environment.
  • Full understanding of Competence Models.
  • Background in Electronics standards.
  • High computer proficiency.
  • Self-driven by objectives.
  • Time flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to purchasing department activities, managers, or staff.
  • Maintains files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related documentation.
  • Maintains information on computer systems.
  • Assists in expediting orders.
  • May contact vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.
  • May develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items.
  • Prepares standard requests for quotation.
  • May be responsible for RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) program - maintaining data, receiving certificates.
