About the Role

We are seeking a proactive NOC Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will bring multi-skilled expertise in any of the following combinations: Wintel & Network, Wintel & Linux, Wintel & Cloud, or Linux & Cloud. This role requires a strong technical foundation, enthusiasm to work in a dynamic environment, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and support IT infrastructure systems, servers, and networks within the NOC environment.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents involving system performance, availability, and connectivity.
  • Escalate issues to the relevant teams when required, while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on servers and systems.
  • Support patching, upgrades, configuration, and system monitoring activities.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, system, and cloud engineers) for seamless operations.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in at least two technology areas such as:

  • Wintel & Network

  • Wintel & Linux
  • Wintel & Cloud (AWS, Azure, or similar)

  • Linux & Cloud (AWS, Azure, or similar)

  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or equivalent).
  • Ability to work in shifts (24x7 support environment).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CCNA, Red Hat, AWS/Azure Fundamentals) will be an added advantage.
