Job Summary:

The Logistics Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in logistics, supply chain management, and related subjects. The trainer should ensure students or trainees gain practical and theoretical knowledge aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive sessions on logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, supply chain, and procurement.
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on training using real-world case studies and logistics software (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS).
• Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to support student career readiness.
• Provide feedback and mentoring to help trainees improve their skills and employability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations or training.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage learners effectively.

Preferred:

• Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g., CILT, APICS, Lean Six Sigma)
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator.
• Knowledge of modern teaching tools and e-learning platforms.

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
