Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead and elevate our brands visual identity across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a Creative Lead with strong experience in branding, UI/UX, and visual storytelling, capable of guiding the design team and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver compelling visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Design Team Lead, managing and mentoring junior designers while ensuring alignment with creative direction and brand goals.

  • Lead concept development, campaign ideation, and execution of innovative design strategies across multiple platforms.

  • Design high-quality visual assets including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, packaging design, and UI/UX interfaces.

  • Ensure visual consistency across all channels in line with established brand guidelines.

  • Oversee art direction from concept to final delivery for both internal and external campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and content) to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual communication.

  • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for daily design tasks.

  • Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and color theory principles into designs to enhance storytelling.

  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines, ensuring a smooth project management process.

  • Present concepts and designs to stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

High End Graphics / Video Editing / Promotional Themes / Adobe

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

  • Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics, Typography, Layout Design, and Color Theory

  • Strong understanding of Print and Digital Design, Video Editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects), and Packaging Design

Experience & Strategic Capabilities:

58 years of experience in graphic design, including team leadership or management roles

Proven ability to develop and implement creative strategy

Strong background in visual communication and branding & identity projects

Experience in design thinking, project lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration
