Brand Management Associate

Job Description:-

• Act as point of contact for client for project booking, requirement gathering, and timely delivery of projects with good quality
• Share detailed and Accurate Project Briefs with Production Team, and anticipate any question or queries

• Asses and provide recommendations regarding project delivery and is a point of escalation with the offshore production team
• Conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals

• Build, maintain, and communicate project forecasts
• Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities
• Arrange weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss all active projects and potential new business
• Provide comprehensive status for all projects highlighting any risk & mitigation
• Proactively identify project delivery risk, and determine optimizations to streamline the delivery process
• Manage Production resources and timelines
• Provide Clarify for Production Queries and escalate to internal management to remove barriers

Must Have:

6-8 years account management or project management experience in pharma industry.

Bachelor's degree required.

Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft excel. Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.

Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.

Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results.

Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.

Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups.
