Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle ARCS Technical Consultant
to design, implement, and support Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. The role involves building integrations with ERP/GL systems, configuring reconciliation and transaction matching processes, and ensuring accurate and efficient financial close operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in ARCS along with a solid understanding of GL data and reconciliation processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and onshore counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop data integrations between
Oracle ARCS
and source/target systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, Flat Files, GL, etc.).

·      Translate business requirements into
scalable technical solutions
.

·      Configure and maintain
reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and workflows
.

·      Support
unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment activities
.

·      Create and maintain
technical documentation
, including integration design, scripts, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Experience

·      Minimum
1 full end-to-end implementation
of
Oracle ARCS
(Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching).

·      Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

o  Reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, workflows.

o  Source system integrations (GL, flat files, ERP) into ARCS.

o  Transaction Matching (rules, match types, auto matching).

·      Solid knowledge of
GL data structures
and reconciliation preparation logic.

·      Basic understanding of
functional ARCS processes
to align technical deliverables with business requirements.

·      
Oracle EPM ARCS Certification
preferred.

·      Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.
