Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer, based in Kochi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and collaborating with architects and other professionals. Additional responsibilities include selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), designing aesthetic and functional interiors, and ensuring projects meet client specifications and timelines with efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Space Planning, Interior Design, and FF&E selection
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset for design innovation
- Working knowledge of software related to design, modeling, and drafting
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
- Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
