• Mandatory skills : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
• Candidate must have created some social media creative posters by using photoshop.
• Note : Candidate who worked only on UI/UX design will not be considered.

Primary Objective:

Graphic/Creative design job enables you to explore your skills in various industries, We are looking for a person who can do the creative design process from visualizing the idea to completing the final design which will include:

1. Design impactful social media posters and landing page banners aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.

2. Develop concept-based creatives that effectively communicate campaign messages and engage the target audience.

3. Create engaging Facebook ads and other digital advertisements optimized for various platforms.

4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their creative requirements and provide timely.

5. Design vector logos and custom illustrations, ensuring scalability and brand consistency.

6. Produce print media materials such as standees, brochures, flyers, business cards, and other promotional collateral.

7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Photoshop for tasks including layer masking, retouching, image adjustments, and creating social media creatives.
• Skilled in Illustrator with experience in vector graphics, logo/icon design, using the pen tool, and advanced shape tools like shape builder and pathfinder.
• Experienced in Figma for UI/UX projects, component creation, team collaboration, and preparing designs for developer handoff.
• Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics, animation using keyframes, text animations, and video exports for social platforms is an advantage.
• Proven experience in designing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
• Your goal is to contribute to a company's branding through landing pages, lead magnets, images for social media ads and logos you will design.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, you should have a positive, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
• Enjoys working within our process while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the larger team.
• Proficient in communicating messages through Visual / Creative designs, but also be great at communicating with other team members
• Portfolio showcasing social media creatives is mandatory for consideration. Sharing somebody elses portfolio or something that you have not created is not cool We check if the posts are done by you and will just ignore your application if it is not.
• Be available to complete a design assignment after the initial screening round. (Using AI for efficiency & better output is encouraged, but not recommended where design tool knowledge needs to be validated).

Additional Skills that would be ideal, but not mandatory:

• You have relevant experience in website and/or mobile app user experience design
• You have skills related to Branding and visual identity design including Logos, Packaging Design

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives with sizes & formats applicable for organic posting on facebook / instagram
• Design Ad creatives as per sizes and formats applicable understanding the customer business and their product & services
• Design website banner images as per applicable sizes and formats
• Design landing pages with design elements (colors, stock photos, font sizing, and font family) that match the client's website
• Coordinate with digital marketing & web development team by implementing the given tasks and also ask relevant questions as and when clarifications & inputs are required
• Coordinate with clients for inputs as required relevant to complete the design tasks
• Keep data and login information confidential and secure using our encryption best practices.
• Design attractive lead magnets into PDF's
• Brainstorm and suggest designs based on best practises of digital publishing (online media)
• Clearly and constructively communicate with the Project Manager / Coordinator if you get stuck or need help with something.
• Attending daily sync-ups at 10AM IST (Mon-Sat)
