Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgical procedures across Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Gynaecology.
- Prepare and maintain OT instruments, drapes, and sterile environment.
- Support the anaesthesia team in patient preparation and monitoring.
- Handle scrub side responsibilities, including instrument passing and maintaining sterile technique.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are available before surgery.
- Maintain OT records, sterilization logs, and stock inventory.
- Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in multi-specialty OT setup.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and anesthesia procedures.
- Strong sense of hygiene, discipline, and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure in critical care situations.
Salary:
