Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site.
  • Manage daily progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Conduct inspections for materials, structures, and workmanship to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost control measures.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to the site team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • 5 7years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project execution.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of structural drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Also Knowledge of Excel to maintaining Reports.
