Company We're Hiring | B2B Business Development Managers / Assistant Managers – Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd.

Extramarks, a leading EdTech company empowering schools, teachers, and students with 360° digital learning solutions, is expanding its B2B business team in Tamil Nadu. With a strong presence across CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards, and over 50,000 schools served, we are looking for passionate professionals to drive growth and build long-term school partnerships.


Open Positions & Locations:

  • Coimbatore
    – 2 positions (1 Male & 1 Female)
  • Sivaganga / Ramanathapuram / Kovilpatti / Virudhunagar
    – 1 position (Male or Female)
  • Nagercoil
    – 1 position (Male or Female)


Role:
Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager – B2B (Schools Segment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales by partnering with schools for smart class solutions, digital learning, and assessments.
  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation, presentations, negotiations to closures.
  • Build strong relationships with school decision-makers (Principals, Management, Trustees).
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech / B2B school business / publishing / K-12 solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Passion to make a difference in the education sector.
