About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and technically strong PHP Laravel Developer with around 3 years of genuine, verifiable experience in building complex, high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle both design and development tasks and serve as a single point of contact for end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated stability in previous roles and is now looking to contribute meaningfully within a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
  • Work as a single POC for both UI/UX design and backend development, ensuring smooth execution of all assigned projects.
  • Convert design concepts into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and internal systems as required.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack.
  • Document development processes, code changes, and architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Around 3 years of real, verifiable experience in PHP and Laravel-based development.
  • Proven track record of working on complex website projects end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap (or similar frameworks).
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and implementing pixel-perfect layouts.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL including query optimization.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with deployment, debugging, and working on live production environments.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Attributes

  • Demonstrated stability in past employment (longer tenures preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and high accountability.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work directly with management or clients.
  • Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, or modular systems is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred, though skills and experience matter more.
