Key Responsibilities

Drive field marketing campaigns across schools and colleges

Leverage technology-driven strategies to strengthen market positioning

Provide leadership and direction to a growing marketing team

Ensure effective communication across stakeholders (English & Tamil; additional languages a plus)

Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy

Foster goodwill and trust through relationship-building

Maintain a positive brand image with politeness and confidence

Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu to build and expand reach

A strategic leader with strong people-management skills

Excellent communicator with multilingual advantage

Expected with a Business Degree

Professional, approachable, and trustworthy in every interaction

Adaptive personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Based in or willing to relocate to Pollachi / Coimbatore
