Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Process Executive – Voice
to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic digital marketing knowledge/certification, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer support. This role requires handling customer interactions, resolving queries, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via voice with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Resolve technical and complex queries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an escalation point for B2B queries and drive resolution.
  • Detect, document, and track application defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions.
  • Meet performance metrics in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be flexible with work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong comprehension and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses.
  • Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and internet research.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently as well.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience:
    0 to 6 months (Digital Marketing internship experience is an added advantage).
  • Certification:
    Digital Marketing Certification required if fresher.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
