React Developer

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing modern web applications using , JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and related front-end technologies. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Position: React Developer

Experience: 5-7 years

Qualification: Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or React Query.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement UI/UX improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest React and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in front-end development with
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
• Familiarity with React Hooks, Functional Components, and Custom Hooks.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other build tools.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Communication:

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
