Key Responsibilities
Center Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for the center in coordination with the Business Head.
  • Support sales and marketing teams to increase center revenue.
  • Create yearly budgets and ROI plans in consultation with the General Manager & Medical Director.
  • Review budgets quarterly to analyze planned vs. actual utilization.

Guest Experience & Service Quality

  • Ensure guests receive the highest quality of service, ensuring complete guest delight.
  • Oversee the smooth and effective execution of all tests and services.
  • Resolve guest grievances promptly and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Maintain positive customer feedback and enhance service processes.

Operational & Staff Management

  • Ensure safe and smooth delivery of guest care services for both guests and staff.
  • Maintain uninterrupted availability of resources; arrange alternatives when required.
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the center.
  • Supervise all operational activities including security and surveillance.
  • Enforce discipline and adherence to policies such as work hours, dress code, and leave.
  • Approve center-specific purchase orders and vendor payments.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Maintain accurate financial accounts for the center.
  • Send periodic MIS reports to the Head Office.
  • Control expenses responsibly to meet budgetary controls.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage the center team ensuring high performance, quality service, and profitability.
  • Ensure team members understand their contribution to the center's overall success.
  • Support recruitment, training, performance management, and development of employees.
  • Set action plans and targets, providing coaching and guidance to ensure goals are met.
  • Support the Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction as per organizational standards.
  • Improve and monitor operational mechanisms, processes, outcomes, and profitability.
