Designation: Quality Supervisor

Reporting to: Quality Manager

Coordinate with: Operators, Production supervisors, Factory Manager and Quality Manager

Job Objective: To ensure only quality products are made in the factory and to make sure all compliances are followed in the factory

Job requirements:

● Qualifications: Diploma/ Graduate in Mechanical/ Production/ Polymer engineering

● Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in plastic manufacturing industry

● Manufacturing skills to learn: Basics of plastic manufacturing, 5S, CAPA, Root cause analysis, ISO 9001 manufacturing standards, Industrial safety, Google sheets, Communication skills

Daily Routine:

● Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of production and fill in the quality checks reports

● Review and update quality documentation, such as inspection records and corrective action reports and any other reports as necessary

● Immediately flag any non-conformances in the product immediately in the WhatsApp group and make sure the whole team immediately addresses the issue.

● Support Quality Mana Record maintenance/ Sheets to update:

● Maintain log for preventive maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
