Role Description

- A SAS OCR Associate Engineer is responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications and is expected to work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications.

Your key responsibilities

- Ability to architect/design solution for a given requirement.
- Design and discuss your own solution for addressing user stories and tasks.
- Develop and unit-test,
- Integrate, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Perform peer code review.
- Work within an agile methodology, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Apply continuous integration best practices in general (SCM, build automation, unit testing, dependency management)

Your skills and experience

- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
- Front-End Development (UI)Design and create the visible components of an application that users interact with.Ensure a seamless user experience by focusing on design aesthetics, responsiveness, and usability. Tech

- Back-End DevelopmentWork on the server-side components. This involves tasks such as data storage, security, and overall system performance. Tech

- Database ManagementDesign, optimize, and manage databases to store and retrieve data efficiently. Tech

PostgreSQL
- Full-Stack Architecture and DesignPlan and implement scalable architecture to accommodate growing user bases and increasing data loads.
- IntegrationIntegrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly to create a cohesive application.
- Coding and TroubleshootingWrite, review, and troubleshoot code for both front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Bug ResolutionIdentify and resolve software defects to improve overall efficiency.
- Documentation and CommunicationMaintain clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
- Effective CommunicationCollaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, product managers, and other team members.
