Job Summary: 

At Manafa, we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer with 1-2 years of relevant experience in data engineering or development. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for transforming data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines on GCP, primarily using BigQuery, Dataproc (PySpark), and optionally Dataflow or Datafusion.
  • Implement ETL/ELT jobs to integrate data from multiple sources into GCP data lakes and warehouses.
  • Schedule and monitor workflows using Cloud Composer (Airflow).
  • Support basic reporting and analytics through Power BI dashboards.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver clean, reliable datasets.
  • Perform basic performance tuning and data validation for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualification Requirements: 
  • Experience: 1–2 years in data engineering or development.
  • Core GCP Tools: Hands-on with BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Storage; Dataflow/Datafusion experience is a plus.
  • Programming: Strong PySpark and SQL skills.
  • Workflow Tools: Exposure to Airflow or Cloud Composer.
  • Visualization: Familiarity with Power BI and SSRS.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
