About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Projection & Multi-Display Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in setting up, calibrating, and managing immersive visual systems using multi-projector setups. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in VIOSO Anyblend, Datapath FX4, and large-scale projection systems for entertainment, simulation, or experiential venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement multi-projector systems including setup, calibration, and maintenance.

Configure Datapath FX4 controllers for multi-display signal distribution, scaling, and synchronization.

Operate and calibrate VIOSO Anyblend / Anyblend VR & SIM software for edge blending, warping, and geometric correction.

Integrate projection mapping with Unity, Unreal, or other real-time engines.

Plan and execute network-based synchronization across multiple GPUs, servers, and projectors.

Troubleshoot and optimize latency, frame sync, and color uniformity issues.

Manage projector hardware installation alignment, lens shift, focus, keystone correction, and brightness balancing.

Coordinate with AV, lighting, and electrical teams for integrated immersive environments.

Create documentation for system configuration, network topology, and calibration workflows.

Provide technical support, maintenance schedules, and upgrade recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven hands-on experience with multi-projector systems (10+ projectors preferred).

Strong expertise in VIOSO Anyblend calibration, blending, and warping.

Experience configuring Datapath FX4 / Fx10 / Mosaic / Watchout systems.

In-depth understanding of projection geometry, overlap, edge blending, and color calibration.

Knowledge of NVIDIA Quadro Sync, Mosaic, and Genlock concepts.

Familiarity with high-performance GPU setups and multi-display drivers.

Experience working with HDMI / DisplayPort / fiber signal extenders and EDID management.

Strong networking skills (IP addressing, multicast, NTP synchronization, VLANs for AV systems).

Competence in Unity / Unreal Engine integration for real-time projection mapping.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in AV systems integration, simulation environments, or immersive experiences.

Experience with laser projectors (Optoma, Epson, Panasonic, Christie, etc.).

Familiarity with camera-based auto-calibration systems.

Degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, AV Technology, or related field.
