Suvarna Pharmaceuticals is a leading pharmaceutical wholesale distributor committed to delivering quality medicines, healthcare products, and medical supplies to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. We ensure timely delivery, compliance with industry standards, and a focus on customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of retail and institutional clients (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, etc.) within an assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and client visits.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure compliance with credit and collection policies.
- Provide feedback from clients to the management and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, or healthcare B2B sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
