Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of retail and institutional clients (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, etc.) within an assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell the company's range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and client visits.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Process orders accurately and coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up on pending payments and ensure compliance with credit and collection policies.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the management and contribute to strategic sales planning.
  • Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, or healthcare B2B sales preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
