Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Botany Faculty located in Durgapur. The Botany Faculty will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with NEET syllabus requirements, prepare study materials, and conduct assessments to track student progress. Responsibilities also include addressing individual students' learning needs, collaborating with other faculty members, and staying updated on syllabus changes and teaching methodologies to ensure high-quality instruction.

Job Details and Requirements

**Total Exp - Minimum 3 to 4 years preferably in NEET

Working Hours - 11am to 8pm

Week off - Tuesday

Location - Central Avenue, Kolkata

**IT WILL BE A WORK FROM OFFICE

Salary - Upto 10lpa**

  • Strong subject knowledge in Botany and the NEET syllabus
  • Teaching experience, lesson planning, and classroom management skills
  • Ability to create effective study materials, assessments, and question sets
  • Effective communication, mentoring, and one-on-one coaching skills
  • Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and the ability to align with NEET exam requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Botany, Life Sciences, or a related field is required
  • Experience preparing students for competitive exams like NEET is a strong advantage
  • Must be able to draft and type question papers for various exams of Prepmed.
