Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Planning and Oracle PBCS Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and managing Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have led multiple end-to-end implementations, possess strong technical and functional knowledge of planning & budgeting processes, and be confident in guiding project teams.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS).
  • At least 6 successful end-to-end implementations in HP/E-PBCS.
  • Application creation, metadata build, planning form development.
  • Validation, business rules, integration, workflow, security configuration, and reporting.
  • Backup automation and system administration.
  • Solid understanding of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of integration capabilities with EPM/Hyperion, FDMEE, ODI, and Data Management.
  • Experience in preparing project documents (Test Scripts, Integration Configurations, User Manuals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (financial formulas, advanced spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
  • B.Tech / MCA qualification required.
  • Confident, assertive, and able to work independently and in teams.
