Roles and Responsibilities:
· Greeting to the Patients before and After the calls
· Handling customer queries, provide information about services
· Should support daily operations of the clinic
· Attending to the patients queries over the telephone and convert all queries into appointments (FE and references)
· Schedule Appointments and coordinate with patients in polite way and should not harsh on calls
· Should provide vital information requested by patients from time to time
· Reference Collections from Existing Patients
· Responsibilities for maintenance of Patients Appointments/Data
· Follow up with Missed Appointments
· Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization
· Should Coordinate with Doctors / CROs regarding POT
· Should work individually; prioritize the urgency of multiple of requests.
Job Summary:-
A Customer Service representative supports patients by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They are the front line of supports for patients and they help ensure that patients satisfied. Provide information in response to inquiries about homeopathic treatment and to handle the resolve complaints. As a skill set, customer service entails several qualities like active listening empathy, problem-solving and communications.
