Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Nursing Staff located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include administering medical care to patients, assisting physicians during assessments and treatments, monitoring patient vitals, and maintaining accurate patient records. Daily tasks entail ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms, following medical protocols, and offering compassionate care that aligns with organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting patient education about healthcare services and medication usage to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in patient care, including vital signs monitoring and first-aid techniques
  • Proficiency in administering medications, maintaining patient records, and adhering to medical standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate care
  • Ability to collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant nursing certification or degree (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing)
  • Registration with the State Nursing Council is mandatory
  • Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred but not mandatory
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical practices
