Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer – Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, and active interaction with followers.
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and follower growth.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve lead quality and conversion goals.
Product Management:
- Design and package travel products and experiences tailored to customer preferences.
- Develop new travel verticals and niches for the sales team to capitalize on, ensuring alignment with market trends.
Marketing Budget Management:
- Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet performance goals.
Collaboration and Brand Building:
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Build partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media platforms to expand brand presence.
Skill Set & Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, with expertise in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very strong inter-personal skills to work with the sales and operations teams.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to design engaging campaigns.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is advantageous.
- Passion for travel and an understanding of the travel industry's dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-8 years of experience in digital or social media marketing (experience in the travel or allied industry is a bonus).
