Overview

This role is positioned as a PepsiCo B2B EDI Integration Developer for the e-Commerce Gateway function (ECG) within the B2B ECG Integration DevSecOps team. In this capacity, this role has technical/functional design and customer relationship responsibilities for multi-year investment programs including PBNA PGT and FLNA PGT, from both development and production support perspective.

Responsibilities
  • Managing projects for 1 – 2 Pepsi business units.
  • Working with trading partners and internal teams to
  • Design and Deliver EDI projects,
  • 2nd level support for production issues/resolution
  • Responsible for project delivery from requirements analysis through design and delivery
  • Knowledge of EDI transactions pertaining to key business processes is required, and preferred knowledge of Pepsico business specifics is desired.
  • Translating key technical issues / concerns into appropriate dialog with customers and management
  • Well adapted and ability to adhere to software life-cycle methodologies
  • Interaction with IBM Sterling Integration and PepsiCo specific EDI system components
  • Manage our team's customer expectations and concerns
Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 6 years of experience
  • Technical knowledge of XML, EDI, and protocol standards
  • 3 years experience with EDI (ANSI X12 and UCS)
  • 3 years experience with IBM Sterling Integrator preferred
  • 2 Years experience with Java
  • 2 years experience with common B2B communication methods: AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPs, VAN
  • 2 years experience with PGP encryption
