Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement generative AI solutions using leading machine learning and deep learning techniques (GANs, VAEs, LLMs, etc.).
• Deploy and manage AI models and workflows on Azure, leveraging Azure AI services, storage, and compute resources.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI to serve AI models and enable integration with web applications.
• Build and orchestrate AI agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for multi-step reasoning and automation.
• Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into reliable, production-ready AI systems.
• Integrate AI models with web-based products and services; collaborate with front-end developers using JavaScript, React, or
• Follow best practices for AI model development, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Contribute to the adoption of MLOps and DevOps practices on Azure for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, cloud AI services, and web frameworks, and share knowledge with the team.
• Promote ethical and responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to technical documentation and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Overall Experience:
6–8 years

Primary / Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 2+ years of direct experience working with generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions on Azure (Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SQL and database administration best practices.
• Proficient with VS Code with GitHub Copilot to accelerate code writing, refactoring, and documentation tasks.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Experience with AI agent workflow tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one major AI/ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts, security, scalability, and cost management on Azure.
• Experience integrating AI models with web applications; familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, or ).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Secondary / Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines on Azure.
• Exposure to data visualization libraries and UX best practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research is a plus.
• Full-stack development experience is a bonus.

Educational Qualification:
BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent.

Certifications (Preferred):
Azure AI/ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate), Python, AI/ML modeling, and relevant cloud or web technology certifications.
