Job Description: Data Modeller Sr. Associate

Location: Mumbai (Preferred)/ Bangalore

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking and financial services domain. Preferably experience in banking sector
  • Available to join in 2 months
  • M.Tech/B.Tech/MBA/any other equivalent professional degree.
  • Strong understanding of CB Loan/Lending business domain.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Power Designer or similar data modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and ready to operate from other locations if required.

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Understanding of data governance best practices, metadata management, and data lineage.
  • Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and database technologies.
  • Prior experience working on lending business processes and related data structures.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and related products.
  • Exposure to data governance tools and technologies.
  • Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working with financial services clients.
  • Knowledge of data architecture frameworks and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in multi-tasking and multi-client environments while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

The Data Modeller will play a critical role in defining and implementing data models that align with the business and technical requirements of the organization. The responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business and technology teams to design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for the lending business domain.
  • Using SAP Power Designer to create and manage data models.
  • Ensuring data models align with data governance standards, data quality frameworks, and enterprise data architecture.
