Urgent Opening for a MEP Engineer.

1) Supervision, execution of Electricity infrastructure of residential Project work at site

2) Site Load calculation, cable selection, D.G set selection & maintenance, Site illumination, Earthing rod installation in Piers & Segments.

3) Record works like Maintaining of DG Hourly consumption details, Site Electric machines check ups, cable reconciliation & Site Monthly maintenance reports.

4) Executing the work as per the Design/ Client technical specifications.

5) Resource management & Execution of the work as per the scope of the project and as per drawings of various works like LT Panels, HT Panels, Transformer erection, Fire fighting & HVAC works, Indoor & Outdoor substations, Power & Control Cable laying, Design of Light Points & Load Calculation.

6) Preparing & Certification of Client RA Bills, Escalation Bills & Subcontractor RA Bills.

7) Record works like preparation of Budget, work completion schedule, Material reconciliation & site Daily, Monthly progress reports.

8) Controlling of all documents for Utilities works.

9) Co-ordination work with Architect, Consultant, other department & Contractors.

10) Operation & maintenance of DG panels.

11) Checking of slab conduiting, box fixing, wiring & other activities of the residential towers.

12) Planning & execution of maintenance of all electrical panels, equipment at site.

13) Planning of site work for timely completion of work.

14) Ensure & implement safety norms at site.

15) Co ordination with Design & Engineering department regarding electrical issues.

16) Preparation of BOQ, contract formulation for new work at site.

17) Estimating the Qty of material as per drawing & as per site requirements.

18) Checking of measurements of various contractors as per work done at site.

19) Daily follow-up with contractors for timely completion of work.

20) Attending project review meeting with HOD, Architect, consultant, contractors.

21) Seek & review of shop drawing , method statement, material submittal ,testing commissioning procedure of contractors.

22) Making & submission of daily progress report of work at site.

23) Preparation of IMS documentation for ISO audit.
