Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Project Manager located in Bengaluru South. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within various infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include managing project schedules, coordinating with civil and architectural teams, supervising on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining project documentation. The role also involves liaising with clients for project updates and inspections, quality control, and budget management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning, designing, and executing MEP systems
  • Project management skills, including scheduling, supervising, and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and quality control
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in project management are advantageous
