Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OT Technician at Parma Hospital in Uttar Pradesh, India. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining operating rooms, sterilizing surgical instruments, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly. The technician will also manage surgical supplies inventory and support the surgical team to guarantee a safe and effective surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating room procedures and techniques, including instrument sterilization and management
• In-depth knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment functions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certification or diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
