Spoken English Trainer

We are looking for a confident and passionate Spoken English Faculty to train students in English communication skills. The faculty member will focus on improving students' fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and public speaking abilities, preparing them for academic, professional, and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills.
• Conduct interactive sessions, role-plays, group discussions, and presentations.
• Design lesson plans and activities to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
• Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback.
• Build students' confidence in public speaking and everyday communication.
• Incorporate modern teaching methods, audiovisual aids, and practical exercises.
• Mentor students preparing for interviews, presentations, and competitive exams.
• Maintain student progress reports and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communication, or related field.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Excellent teaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in interactive learning.
• Patience and adaptability to handle different learning levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Spoken English/Communication Skills/IELTS/TOEFL (optional but preferred).
• Prior teaching or training experience in Spoken English.
• Familiarity with soft skills, personality development, and interview preparation.
