Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Gold Appraiser position located in Agartala. The Gold Appraiser will evaluate, inspect, and authenticate gold articles to ascertain their quality and value. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth processing of gold loans. The appraiser will play a critical role in ensuring fair and transparent transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in gold appraisal techniques, understanding gold purity standards and market trends
• Experience with record-keeping, documentation, and compliance adherence
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with precision
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Openness to learning and adapting to industry-specific technological tools
• Educational background in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is a plus
