Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you have a creative flair with originality and versatile conceptual ability can apply. Creative thinking & the ability to develop new design concepts and is a must. Also well-versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, motion graphics, and other design related software to contribute to our innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

· Develop visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, and other promotional assets.

· Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements, ensuring the final output communicates the intended message effectively.

· Create eye-catching graphics for social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, infographics, and other digital marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

· Maintain the company's visual identity and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs.

· Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.

· Organize and manage design assets and project files for easy retrieval and reuse.

· Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines before final delivery.

· Stay updated with design and video editing trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve output quality.

· Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creative work remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.

· Work closely with other team members, including content creators and developers, to bring design concepts to life and ensure seamless integration into marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

· Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

· Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

· Ability to work collaboratively, take constructive feedback, and incorporate it into designs.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts effectively.

· Experience in the event industry or familiarity with event branding is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
