Job Title: Social Executive AssistantJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Executive Assistant to support our management team in both administrative and social media activities. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, assist in public relations tasks, and handle the company's social presence with professionalism and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives.
  • Assist in creating and managing social media content and campaigns.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and public appearances.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in public relations, marketing, or event management.
  • Knowledge of content creation and social media trends.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
