We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can design and produce high-quality marketing materials for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a good sense of storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media posts, flyers, brochures, and branding collaterals for property promotions.
  • Edit and produce short marketing videos, reels, and walkthroughs for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize campaign ideas.
  • Add motion graphics, voiceovers, and animation to enhance video quality.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate marketing and social media design.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, especially Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • A creative eye for design, storytelling, and visual marketing.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
