Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman located in Gurgaon. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications and calculations provided by architects and engineers. Day-to-day tasks include revising sketches, ensuring dimensions and materials meet specific requirements, working with software to produce accurate representations of plans, and collaborating with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools
  • Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles
  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and plans
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other team members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
