Job Title:

Area Business Manager Wearables

Location:

RO South – Covering the entire Karnataka region

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets, with a strong focus on dealer expansion and channel partner appointments.
  • Leverage deep geographical knowledge of Karnataka to expand coverage, penetration, and strengthen market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong industry connections with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to support rapid market growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Drive mobility partners, including mobile, smartwatch, and accessories business to achieve overall category objectives.
  • Review and analyze sales data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth execution of channel programs and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC), directly reporting to the Regional Head.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and deliver results under tight timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, and distribution network setup within the smartphone, smartwatch, accessories, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong experience in dealer expansion, channel partner appointment, and GT market understanding.
  • Well-connected with industry players (mobile brands and smartwatch/accessory networks).
  • Proven ability to work as a "plug-and-play" resource with minimal onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to join immediately to support festive season requirement
