Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Women's Fashion

We are looking for a creative powerhouse who understands aesthetics, storytelling, and the visual language of women's fashion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-impact graphics and editing engaging videos that bring our brand identity, products, and campaigns to life.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

  • Create visually compelling graphics for website, social media, advertisements, emailers, and brand campaigns.
  • Develop creative assets for product launches, lookbooks, banners, packaging, and print materials.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across all design outputs.
  • Design layouts for e-commerce platforms (Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, Tata Cliq, etc.).
  • Work with the marketing and product team to conceptualise brand-led visual narratives.
  • Edit and retouch product images, ensuring premium quality and colour accuracy.

Video Editing

  • Edit high-quality videos for reels, campaigns, ads, and product showcases.
  • Create storytelling-based fashion videos highlighting silhouettes, styling, movement, and fit.
  • Add transitions, effects, typography, and music that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats for different platforms.
  • Ensure a consistent visual tone across all videos.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

  • Ideate campaign concepts, mood boards, and shoot references with the team.
  • Work closely with the social media, marketing, and fashion design teams.
  • Participate in shoots and contribute to video framing, styling, and visual direction when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor in fashion or lifestyle brands (preferred).
  • Strong command of Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom.
  • Good sense of fashion aesthetics, colour theory, typography, and composition.
  • Understanding of social media trends, especially in women's fashion.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and shoot execution is a plus.
  • Creativity combined with attention to detail and brand consistency.
