Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Quality Assurance at the Faridabad location. The individual in this role will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, manage quality control processes, lead internal quality audits, and develop strategies for quality improvement. The role involves training and mentoring the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement in product and process quality.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, with the ability to implement and monitor quality systems
  • Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits to ensure adherence to policies, processes, and regulatory standards
  • Strong Quality Management capabilities, including designing and executing quality initiatives to improve operational performance
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Educational background in Engineering or a related field, with certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma as a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
