Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Ludhiana. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of the workspace, maintaining stock levels of beans and supplies, and providing excellent customer service. The Barista will also assist in educating customers about our coffee offerings and help improve their coffee experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Barista skills and food preparation techniques
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn more about coffee preparation and origins
  • Previous experience in the coffee industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
